Yubo Technology Limited is the brand owner of eefit. “eefit” was founded in 2013. With our patented technology, Efficiency Enhancement Field Induction Technology (eefit), we pioneered our life to produce high-quality health services and products, improving the sub-optimal health in innovative ways.
Today, we have established 25 “eefit Health Specialty Stores” across Hong Kong, providing various health treatment services and unique health products.
Responsibilities:
Manage product portfolios and execute marketing strategies to drive growth across key product lifecycles and achieve defined KPIs.
Monitor market trends and conduct market research and analysis to develop product strategies, pricing guidelines, and performance tracking.
Plan and implement marketing activities, including budgeting, while ensuring alignment with headquarters and cross-functional teams (Design, Retail Operations, and Purchasing and Supply Chain).
Identify market opportunities and drive product development initiatives.
Lead and manage team members in executing marketing projects, monitor progress, and report on performance to ensure achievement of marketing objectives.
Coordinate in-store merchandising and sales displays based on key selling points; provide daily operational support in collaboration with the operations team.
Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance sales performance.
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of all-rounded working experience of Product Manager in Beauty, Health or F&B industry is preferred.
Analytical thinking in marketing strategy, and hands-on marketing techniques familiarity
Self-motivated, aggressive, and result-driven
Good interpersonal, leadership, presentation & communication skills
Creative mindset, mature, and sophisticated products and retail knowledge
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
IMMEDIATE availability is preferred
