WE'RE HIRING: RELEASE OPERATIONS ENGINEER

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Are you passionate about production systems, deployment operations and troubleshooting? We're looking for a Release Operations Engineer to support smooth, reliable and efficient software releases.

Key Technical Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with command-line tools and analysing logs, preferably in Linux environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and software deployment concepts.
• Basic understanding of Git and version control, including branching, merging and reverting.
• Ability to interpret build, deployment and test failures, troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Experience with web infrastructure or large-scale production systems is an advantage.
• System Engineering background or experience would be a plus.

What We're Looking For:

• Calm and composed when handling high-pressure situations.
• Pragmatic, quick-thinking and able to work efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Clear communicator who can prepare analytical reports, escalate issues with relevant context and provide effective shift handovers.
