Job Summary

Manage course registration, training administration, and customer relationships to drive student progress and business growth. Strategically expand the customer base while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize course registration procedures to ensure smooth enrollment processes
• Supervise training administration for all programmes to maintain compliance and quality standards
• Generate monthly reports tracking student progress to uphold school procedures and improve outcomes
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Communicate product updates to customers to drive sales growth through informed engagement
• Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement strategic plans for organizational success
• Expand the customer base by executing upselling and cross-selling strategies tailored to customer needs
• Identify and address individual customer needs to deliver personalized service and solutions
• Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage
• Ensure the premises are maintained as a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in administration, accounting, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft applications to support administrative and reporting tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage customers and partners
• In-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and support sales efforts
• Positive attitude focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and experience
