About the Roles

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join an engineering team based in North Singapore, supporting sheet metal manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives in a permanent position. The role operates on a standard 9am–6pm schedule and offers a competitive package of basic salary up to $4,500 with performance bonus, providing a strong platform for engineers keen to grow in design, production support, and project execution within a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate CAD drawings and prepare NC programs using Turret / Laser machine software
• Interpret customer-provided drawings and develop detailed designs for complex sheet metal components and structures
• Design sheet metal products based on specific customer requirements
• Support production and assembly teams by providing engineering guidance and resolving process-related issues
• Plan and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by defining key implementation steps
• Track, monitor, and review project milestones to ensure smooth execution and timely completion
• Develop tooling and process improvements aimed at reducing cost, improving quality, and increasing operational efficiency
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
• Produce detailed engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) for equipment and sub-assemblies
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on assembly, testing, and technical coordination matters
• Support local and overseas project assignments when required

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 3–4 years of relevant working experience in a similar role preferred
• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ProE, or equivalent tools
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, including welding symbols, surface finishes, and dimensional tolerances
