About the role

You will be representing our range of honey, bird's nest and wellness products and helping customers select products that suit their needs. You will assist customers, recommend suitable products, and provide a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Maintain good product displays and ensure the retail outlet is clean and organised
• Assist with stock replenishment and general product management
• Support in-store promotions and other sales activities
• Perform other retail duties as assigned

About you

• Keen interest in retail sales and customer service
• Friendly, approachable and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• No prior retail experience required as training will be provided

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
