Job Title: Assistant Teacher in Public Speaking

Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in training children aged 5 to 16 in the Public Speaking course.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress.
• Assist in organizing and participating in Johan Speaking Academy events, including Stage Time and related activities.
• Help create and edit videos to showcase students’ progress to parents.
• Assist with operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of classes, events, and overall center activities.

Training:
Training will be provided based on the Johan Framework.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Certificate or Diploma.
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office, Capcut, Canva.
• Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
• Team player committed to working with children.
• Candidates with a major in Psychology are preferred.
• Available to work on weekdays (4pm onwards) and weekends (9am-5pm)
• Responsible, with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
• Part-time position only.

Pay: RM10.00 - RM15.00 per hour
