As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and responsible individuals to join our team for the vacancy mentioned above and contribute to the following responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries via Social Media DM & WhatsApp
• Assist customers with product and order enquiries
• Handle parcel exchanges and customer refunds
• Follow up on customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage parcel packing and order preparation.
• Work closely with the sales & operations team

Job Objectives:

• To provide efficient and friendly customer service by managing customer enquiries through social media and WhatsApp, handling exchanges and refunds, and managing with parcel packing to ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient daily operations.

Requirements:

• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp and social media
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and computer applications
• Able to handle customer enquiries, exchanges, and refunds accurately and professionally
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Handling with parcel packing and daily operational tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or online sales is an advantage
• Office-based position only – not remote

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
