Junior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Follow up regularly with workstream leads and technical leads to obtain project progress updates.
• Consolidate status updates, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies for weekly project reporting.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

Project Reporting

• Prepare weekly project status reports and presentation materials for management review.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, risk and issue logs, and other project documentation.
• Highlight delays, blockers, and key concerns to the Program Manager.

Meeting Management

• Arrange project meetings, steering committee meetings, and senior management reviews.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute meeting invitations and materials.
• Attend meetings and capture key discussions, decisions, action items, and next steps.
• Draft and circulate meeting minutes promptly after meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project administration, or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Experience:
