• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field

• At least 1 year of working experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, logistics or a related field

• Strong knowledge of procurement, stock management and supplier coordination

• Good analytical, organisational and negotiation skills

• A sharp eye for detail and accurate reporting

• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Integrity in handling confidential supplier pricing and company data

• Experience in F&B, retail or multi-outlet operations

Every plate we serve starts with the right ingredients arriving at the right outlet at the right time. As our Supply Chain Executive, you make that happen. You'll own purchasing, inventory and deliveries across all our outlets in a fast-growing fast casual brand, and your work will show directly in our food cost and outlet performance.

What you'll do

• Run purchasing end to end: consolidate outlet requests, check them against sales trends, forecasts and par levels, and issue purchase orders once approved.

• Stay ahead of stock: review daily inventory reports, spot low-stock and fast-moving items early, and investigate unusual variances.

• Manage suppliers: negotiate pricing, track lead times and delivery performance, run monthly supplier reviews, and line up backup suppliers for critical items.

• Coordinate deliveries: schedule deliveries around outlet operations and move stock between outlets to cut wastage and avoid emergency buys.

• Control inventory: lead weekly stock reconciliation, support monthly stock counts, and keep FIFO practised everywhere.

• Watch the costs: track food cost, price fluctuations, wastage and logistics costs, and report weekly and monthly to management.

• Keep the paperwork accurate: match invoices twice a month and manage packaging ordering and stock.

• Solve problems fast: when a supplier fails or a delivery is late, you find the alternative and keep outlets running.

Who you'll work with

You'll report to the Operations Manager and General Manager, and work closely with Outlet Managers, the Kitchen and Warehouse teams, and Finance.
