Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Key Account Executive (ACS) to drive sales growth for our Air Conditioning Specialist (ACS) product range.

This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and executing sales and marketing activities within assigned territories.

Requirements

• Open to candidates of any education level with a strong interest in sales and technical products.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in ACS sales is required.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong interest in sales, business development, and technical products.

• Confident in communicating and building relationships with dealers and customers.

• Self-motivated and willing to work towards assigned sales targets.

• Achieve assigned annual ACS sales targets.

• Implement sales and marketing activities to support business goals.

• Identify and develop new markets, sales leads, and customer accounts.

• Promote and manage the ACS product range within assigned territories.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for dealers and customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.

• Maintain an updated customer database.

• Identify opportunities to expand market reach and grow the customer base.
