Role purpose: Be the first point of contact at the lobby. Give patients, visitors, tenants and contractors a warm, professional welcome while keeping the building safe and secure.

Key duties and responsibilities

1. Front desk and customer service Greet and assist visitors, patients, tenants and delivery staff at the lobby counter .Give directions to clinics, shops, food outlets, hotel lobbies, car park, taxi stand and MRT. Answer phone calls and enquiries, and pass on messages to management or tenants. Help elderly visitors, wheelchair users and patients with limited mobility, including arranging wheelchairs and lift access.Handle complaints politely and escalate them to the Management Office when needed.
2. Access control and registration Register all visitors, contractors and vendors. Check their ID and issue passes. Check permits to work before contractors start renovation or maintenance work.Manage access cards, keys and the key log. Control access to restricted areas, such as service lifts, loading bay and plant rooms.
3. Deliveries and mail Receive: Record and hand out parcels, courier items and mail for tenants.Coordinate loading bay use and delivery timings
4. Facilities support Report faults such as lift breakdowns, lighting failures, leaks or cleanliness issues to the Management Office. Help with car park enquiries and season parking matters.
