Language Proficiency:Fluency in theTagalog language (written and spoken) to manage and support the Philippine market.

Working Experience & Knowledge:

• Experience in customer service, telesales, or client relationship management.

• Experience handling multi-channel customer communications (phone, email, chat, etc.).

• Experience using CRM systems to record and update customer information accurately.

General Capabilities:

• Target-driven with the ability to meet individual and team sales targets and performance indicators.

• Strong problem-solving skills to manage customer complaints and deliver effective resolutions.

• Detail-oriented in processing customer orders, payments, returns, and service requests accurately.

• Adaptable to contract employment and flexible working hours.

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize sales opportunities.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance indicators.

Process customer orders, payments, returns, and service requests accurately.

Tagalog language required for handling Philippine Market.
