• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

• Experience in retail, supermarket, or e-commerce is an added advantage.

• Familiar with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, or similar.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

• Working day and working time: Monday –Friday , 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm

• Location: Shamelin Business Park, KL

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

• Prepare and process supplier payments, customer invoices, and payment records.

• Perform bank reconciliations and verify online payment transactions.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing.

• Reconcile sales, bank, and payment gateway transactions.

• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.

• Assist with audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters.

• Support inventory reconciliation when required.

• Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by Management.
