We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our operations team. This role supports warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and local deliveries, ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods.



Job Responsibilities

Warehouse & Operations

Receive, check, and store incoming goods according to procedures.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery.
Perform inventory checks, stock counting, and basic record keeping.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage practices.

Logistics Coordination

Assist in planning daily deliveries and collection schedules.
Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams on delivery arrangements.
Prepare delivery documents such as DOs, invoices, and packing lists.
Update delivery status and logistics records.

Delivery (For Licensed Drivers)

Perform local deliveries and collections in a timely and safe manner.
Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling during transportation.
Conduct basic vehicle checks and ensure compliance with road safety regulations.
Adhere to delivery schedules and customer requirements.



Requirements

Minimum secondary education; relevant warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
Candidates may apply for Warehouse Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, or Delivery Driver roles.
Valid Class 3 and/or Class 4 driving license (for Delivery Driver role).
Familiarity with warehouse operations and delivery processes is preferred.
Basic computer skills for inventory and logistics records.
Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
Willing to work overtime when required.
