Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or User Acquisition.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Has strong creativity and enjoys turning ideas into campaigns.

Is curious, proactive and enjoys learning new things.

Confident in presenting products and communicating with clients

Comfortable guiding clients through a product or process.

Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or other creative tools.

Experience collaborating with product or technology teams will be a plus.

Plan and coordinate campaign execution across multiple digital channels including social media , email, website, and mobile platforms.

Turn marketing objectives into campaigns that people genuinely engage with—not just scroll past.

Present and demonstrate our products to clients in a clear and engaging way.

Guide clients through the product process and explain how different features work.

Turn product features into simple and interesting marketing messages.

Work with Product, Marketing and Business teams on new products, features and campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, identify what works, and continuously improve future campaigns.

Experiment with new content formats, AI tools and creative strategies to stay ahead of the market.
