About Us:

Arty Learning is looking for a proactive, organised, hands-on, and tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Executive to join our team.

About the Role:

This is not a conventional marketing role. The position combines:

• Centre and business operations

• Project coordination

• SOPs, workflows, and operational follow-up

• Staff and centre coordination

• Events and customer engagement

• Marketing and campaign execution

• Social media and content coordination

• Digital tools and systems

• Reporting and administration

• Operational problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Management as a bridge between management and the ground team to ensure directions and initiatives are translated into proper execution.

• Manage day-to-day centre operations, staff coordination, and operational follow-ups.

• Coordinate events, marketing campaign execution, social media, and customer engagement.

• Utilize digital tools and systems for reporting, administration, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, Management, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, marketing, project coordination, events, customer service, administration, or related roles.

• Experience in education, enrichment, preschool, childcare, or service-based industries is an advantage.

• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut, and other digital tools.

Working Hours & Schedule:

• Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Monday: Rest day / Centre closure day

*Flexibility is required depending on events and operational needs.
