• Master the art of scent storytelling to create unforgettable olfactory journeys for every client.
• Achieve set sales targets through engaging scent demonstrations, link selling, and expert fragrance recommendations.

Brand Expertise & Education

• Stay inspired to attend all brand trainings to deepen your knowledge in fragrance artistry, olfactory expertise, and Guerlain's fragrance heritage.
• Share new scent trends, fragrance layering techniques, and product insights with your teammates.
• Keep the fragrance counter immaculate from tester hygiene to bottle presentation, reflecting the Maison's excellence.
• Ensure all blotters, testers, and tools are clean, replenished, and presented to Guerlain's high standards..

Image & Presentation

• Represent Guerlain’s image with pride, grace, and style, your look speaks our language of beauty.
• Wear the Guerlain uniform and use Guerlain products exclusively during working hours.
