Join our Marketing team and help bring products featuring leading entertainment brands (Disney, Nintendo, Universal, and many others) to market.

Your role

• Act as the main point of contact between our internal teams and licensors

• Coordinate the submissions of product, artwork, packaging and sample

• Manage approval requests through various licensor platforms and tools

• Track project milestones, deadlines and approval status

• Follow up on feedback, revision requests and final approvals

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and licensor requirements

• Liaise with Product Managers, Designers, Factories and Brand Owners worldwide

What we're looking for

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (mandatory)

• Comfortable working with online platforms and project management tools

• Experience in licensing, consumer products, project coordination or brand management is a plus
