岗位职责

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of day-to-day operations on project sites.
  • Monitor work progress, site productivity, and resolve any delays or issues that may affect project timelines.
  • Supervise site staff, subcontractors to ensure timely and quality work completion.
  • Do proper documentation of planning and all changes in specifications, work scope, and technical drawings.
  • Ensure to avoiding material overstocking and minimizing waste for each project.
  • Manage manpower allocation and overtime costs, ensure labour productivity.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, work updates daily.
  • To ensure safety regulations and promote safe work practices at all times.
  • Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required.
  • Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required.
