Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faulty PCBAs and electronic components, especially related to walkie-talkie products.
• Perform component-level repair using soldering/desoldering techniques (THT & SMT).
• Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and RF power meters for analysis and verification.
• Interpret circuit diagrams, PCB layouts, and schematic drawings to isolate and resolve defects.
• Document debug findings and support continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams on root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with ESD and safety handling procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PCB debug or electronics repair.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits.
• Hands-on experience with soldering tools, hot air rework stations, and fine-pitch components .
• Familiarity with RF principles and audio circuit troubleshooting is a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze schematics and use electronic test instruments.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
