Responsibilities

• Supervise site construction works to ensure they follow the approved design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Inspect and approve works at key stages, such as foundations, rebar, formwork, and concreting.
• Install and monitor site instruments, and collect and review the monitoring data.
• Apply the relevant statutory codes and supervision requirements to enforce quality control.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and site records on time.
• Raise and follow up on site issues early to avoid delays.
• Work with the project team, consultants, and main contractor.
• Work shifts if needed to support project operations.

Requirements

• Accredited as an RTO by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) certificate.
• Diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience, with experience in RC works preferred.
• Able to read and understand structural drawings.
