Job Summary

You will assist clients by responding to inquiries, shortlisting suitable domestic helpers, counseling helpers, and resolving issues. You will coordinate sales staff, manage customer communications, prepare documents, and maintain customer records with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email to provide accurate information and support
• Shortlist suitable domestic helpers for employers based on client needs and preferences
• Counsel domestic helpers to address concerns and resolve problems effectively
• Coordinate and assign daily tasks to sales staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow up with customers on appointments and service progress to maintain satisfaction
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic service progress reports accurately
• Maintain and update customer records in the company system to ensure data accuracy
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service to build positive client relationships
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating well with team members

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in customer service within an Employment Agency environment
• CEI certificate is an advantage
