Role Description The Vice President of Solutions at Capital Gain AI is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of AI-driven solutions for clients. This role oversees solution strategy, collaborates with sales and consulting teams to understand client needs, and translates business challenges into scalable technical and financial solutions. The Vice President of Solutions will guide end-to-end solution lifecycle, including discovery, proposal development, implementation oversight, and post-deployment optimization. Daily responsibilities include engaging with executive-level client stakeholders, refining go-to-market offerings, aligning cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring solutions drive measurable business value. This leader also mentors team members, promotes best practices, and contributes to long-term product and services roadmap decisions.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, evaluate solution performance, and inform strategic decisions.
• Consulting experience with a focus on solution design, client engagement, and translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Sales expertise in solution selling, supporting deal strategy, and collaborating on proposals and presentations to executive stakeholders.
• Finance knowledge to assess ROI, build business cases, and support pricing and commercial models for AI solutions.
• Proven team leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams, coaching, and fostering collaboration in a remote environment.
• Experience in AI, data analytics, or technology solutions, preferably within B2B or enterprise settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with key client initiatives and solution delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Comfort with remote work tools, distributed teams, and a fast-paced, evolving environment.
