Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

Lead, supervise, train, and develop the restaurant team.

Manage staff scheduling, performance, recruitment, and leave administration.

Monitor inventory, stock ordering, supplier coordination, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and company standards.

Handle reservations, guest relations, customer feedback, and VIP clientele.

Prepare sales reports and operational reports for Head Office.

Coordinate restaurant maintenance, facilities, and staff hostel management.

Drive marketing initiatives and customer retention programs to increase sales.
