Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and coordinating building construction projects to ensure works are completed according to schedule, quality and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams on project execution and technical matters.

• Monitor construction progress and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

• Review construction drawings and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical issues and discrepancies.

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, manpower coordination and resource allocation.

• Monitor site progress and identify potential delays or issues requiring corrective action.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements and relevant construction regulations.

• Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress, technical issues and outstanding matters.

• Assist in managing project documentation, technical submissions and site reports.

• Support the Project Manager in ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in building construction projects, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
