Quotation for Parts & Billing for Lift Maintenance & Repair Team
Coordinate billing for part replacements and lift maintenance & repair billing
Manage and process parts requests from maintenance & repair team
Liaise with client on issuance of work orders
Schedule and coordinate of lift maintenance service
Scheduling maintenance work for maintenance Tech
Basic understanding of lift maintenance, repair processes and BCA regulations
Consolidate monthly lift servicing reports and consumable item requests
keeping records of repairs and maintenance schedules
Provide general administrative support to the lift maintenance team and management.
Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required
