Retail & Customer Service Assistant

Location: Singapore
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We aim to help elderly customers stay active, confident, safe, and independent.

Working Location & Hours

Ang Mo Kio

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

City Hall

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary

• Full-Time: S$2,200 per month
• Part-Time: S$1,200 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend suitable mobility aids, footwear, hygiene products, and other elderly-care products.
• Explain product features, usage, pricing, and basic care instructions clearly.
• Provide friendly and patient customer service to seniors, caregivers, and family members.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Assist with product demonstrations where required.
• Process sales transactions, payments, exchanges, and basic after-sales enquiries.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the retail area is clean and organised.
• Replenish stock and assist with basic inventory checking.
• Support promotional activities, roadshows, events, and product demonstrations when required.
• Follow up with customers and provide good after-sales service.

Requirements

• Friendly, patient, responsible, and comfortable communicating with elderly customers.
• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, mobility aids, eldercare, footwear, pharmacy, medical products, or wellness products will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to explain products in a simple and clear manner.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn about mobility aids and elderly-care products.
