Job Summary

You will lead and support workers by managing workloads, promoting wellbeing, and fostering staff development to achieve improved outcomes for service users and their carers.

Responsibilities

Facilitate discussions on workload management to balance tasks effectively and support worker wellbeing

Promote staff development by identifying growth opportunities and encouraging continuous learning

Provide clear, actionable instructions to workers to ensure accurate execution of tasks

Inspire and motivate workers to enhance their performance and commitment to quality outcomes

Guide and advise workers through coaching and problem-solving to improve work processes and results
