We’re looking for a creative and driven Content Creator / Videographer to join our real estate team full-time.

This isn’t a traditional corporate videographer role.

We’re looking for someone who understands Instagram Reels, TikTok and short-form storytelling — someone who knows how to turn an idea, a property or even a simple conversation into content that people actually want to watch.

What you'll be doing

• Film and edit property home tours

• Create short-form Reels/TikToks and social media content

• Film talking-head and educational property videos

• Capture lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content

• Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, B-roll, subtitles and music

• Create simple thumbnails/covers when required

• Repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

• Work closely with me to develop and execute new content ideas

• Help build a consistent personal brand and social media presence

Target output: Approximately 20 quality pieces of content per month.

What we're looking for

You don't need many years of experience.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

What matters more to us is that you:

• Have a good eye for video and storytelling

• Understand what makes short-form content engaging

• Are proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software

• Can shoot confidently using cameras, DJI Pocket 3 and/or smartphones

• Understand Reels/TikTok editing styles and current social trends

• Are creative, proactive and willing to experiment

• Can work independently and meet deadlines

• Have a portfolio or examples of videos you've created

Experience with real estate content, photography, Mandarin content, motion graphics or social media management would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow together with the brand, rather than simply come in to edit videos.

Salary

S$2,500–S$3,500/month, depending on experience and portfolio.

Performance incentives may be offered based on content quality, consistency and growth.
