Job Description
Handle daily administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Assist the project team with purchase orders, invoice verification, and simple bookkeeping records.
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external suppliers, and follow up on project documentation.
Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and project-related paperwork.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule meetings.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
