Job Description

Prepare and cook

Greek cuisine dishes

according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards

Carry out daily mise en place and cooking duties under the guidance of the Head Chef / Sous Chef

Assist in operating assigned kitchen stations during service hours

Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with HACCP and NEA regulations

Handle and store food ingredients properly to minimize wastage

Assist with stock checking and basic kitchen inventory

Follow kitchen procedures, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Cook / Line Cook

Basic experience or exposure to Greek or Mediterranean cuisine preferred

Knowledge of grilling, hot kitchen operations, and food preparation techniques

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Familiar with food hygiene and safety standards

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Salary

SGD 2,200 – 3,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
