We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and deliver secure, cloud-native solutions for government agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong AWS expertise, enterprise architecture experience, and a proven track record in large-scale public sector implementations.

• 5+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, including delivery of projects through a System Integrator (SI) for public sector clients
• Active AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification (mandatory)
• TOGAF, IASA CITA, or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification
• Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Node.js
• Hands-on experience designing high-availability and scalable solutions on AWS
• Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, and containerized architectures
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, including interactions with government agencies
• Eligible for Singapore Government security clearance

Responsibilities

• Design and lead cloud-native, microservices-based architectures using Java/Spring Boot, React.js, and Node.js.
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, effort estimations, and architecture artefacts for public sector tenders and projects.
• Lead application migration and deployment onto AWS environments in compliance with government cloud requirements.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to project stakeholders, PMOs, and technical review boards.
• Ensure security, compliance, and quality requirements are incorporated throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of DevSecOps practices, including automated security testing, governance controls, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure solutions.
