Warehouse assistant | Kent Ridge

Salary: $2,200 – $2,400 per month
Contract Period: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2027 (12 months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Near Kent Ridge MRT Station

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory operations, including stock replenishment, receiving, inventory tracking and cycle counting.

• Receive laboratory supplies such as consumables, chemicals and reagents from suppliers, and arrange deliveries to customer stockrooms and designated points of use.

• Perform goods receipt transactions and update inventory records using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment based on usage patterns and inventory data.

• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy, sufficient stock levels and product expiry compliance.

• Deliver laboratory supplies promptly and reliably to designated working areas.

• Provide on-site inventory and logistics support to ensure smooth daily laboratory operations.

• Maintain good housekeeping and organisation of stockrooms and designated storage areas.
