The Role:

As System Architect, Front & Back Office, you will define and deliver the end-to-end solution architecture for trading platforms supporting Bursa Malaysia and global markets. You will make sure front-office OMS, pre-trade risk, FIX connectivity and back-office integrations are scalable, resilient and compliant, while driving strategic platform modernization in the finance sector.

What You'll Do:

• Define end-to-end architecture for Trading OMS, Pre-Trade Risk Management, FIX gateways and downstream integrations

• Design low-latency, highly available and fault-tolerant systems

• Lead solution architecture for trading platform transformation, modernisation and rationalization initiatives

• Perform architecture assessments, option analysis and evolution planning for current and target-state platforms

• Define integration patterns across front office, middle office, clearing, settlement and reporting systems

• Ensure data consistency, operational resilience and compliance with Bursa Malaysia rules, risk policies and audit requirements

• Support audit and regulator queries from an architecture perspective

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related discipline

• Strong knowledge of Trading OMS, Pre-Trade Risk, FIX protocol and the trading lifecycle

• Proven solution architecture experience, including low-latency and high-availability design

• Solid database knowledge and performance optimization skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
