Job Summary

Support daily quality assurance and supply chain operations to ensure product quality, food safety, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination with suppliers, stores, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

Assist in store visits and quality checks on food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Conduct basic product inspections and sample evaluations.

Support investigations and follow-up of quality issues and customer complaints.

Assist in supplier and warehouse audits to ensure compliance with company requirements.

Maintain quality inspection records and reports.

Supply Chain Operations

Support purchase order follow-up, supplier coordination, and inventory verification.

Maintain accurate supply chain and quality-related documentation.

Support stock counts, inventory checks, and warehouse audits.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-department coordination.

Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Food Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

0-2 years of relevant experience preferred; Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn will also be considered

Basic knowledge of food safety, inventory control, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Detail-minded, responsible, and willing to learn.

Willing to travel occasionally for store, supplier, or warehouse visits.
