岗位职责
Oversee engineering and design management throughout the construction project lifecycle.
Ensure engineering deliverables meet project schedules, budgets, quality standards and statutory requirements.
Manage multidisciplinary design coordination across Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP disciplines.
Review technical documents, drawings, method statements and design changes, ensuring timely approvals.
Lead BIM coordination and resolve technical issues that may affect construction progress.
Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and procurement teams to ensure effective project delivery.
Monitor engineering risks, quality performance and coordination issues to minimise delays and rework.
Lead and develop engineering teams while providing technical advice and progress updates to senior management.
Requirements:
Degree or Master's in Civil, Structural or a related engineering discipline.
12–15 years of relevant construction experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial position.
Strong leadership and experience overseeing engineering teams on major construction projects.
