Job Purpose

Manages daily Club operations and provides hands-on leadership to ensure consistent, exceptional service and effective coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Club operations and conduct operational briefings.

Review reservations, events, VIP/member requirements and daily priorities.

Maintain strong floor presence and coordinate restaurants, PDRs and member areas.

Build professional member relationships and handle feedback and service recovery.

Lead Assistant Club Managers, Club Executives and frontline Operations employees.

Allocate manpower, coach employees and support training and performance management.

Monitor service quality, opening/closing procedures and shift handovers.

Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Wine, Bar, Membership and Events.

Support labour-cost, operating-cost, inventory and resource management.

Ensure operational incidents, maintenance issues and safety concerns are appropriately managed.

Requirements

Relevant management experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, premium restaurants or hotels.

Strong operations, people-management and member-relations experience.

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to Club requirements.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
