岗位职责
Job Description:
Perform fabrication / welding work using TIG, MIG, Spot welding or other welding processes and other general sheet metal fabrication work, grinding, buffing, press nut, tapping, countersunk, rolling, knocking and others.
Clean up fabrication / weld stain if any.
Perform self-check on fabricated / welded dimensions and tolerances and record in the job order.
Ensure fabrication / welding machines and tools are properly maintained and calibrated if needed.
Perform daily preventive maintenance correctly and promptly
Control and ensure right fabrication / welding consumables are used for the fabrication process.
Ensure all fabrication / welding work meets drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance to fabrication / welding procedure and standards.
Ensure workplace safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in the shop floor area.
Job Requirement:
Minimum NTC 2 or have at least 3 years welding experiences.
Able to read engineering drawings and welding symbols.
Knowledge of welding machines, tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
