Our client is an established organization operating at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced manufacturing. As part of its business expansion, the company is seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to oversee its financial functions and business operations.

Job Descriptions

• Support budget planning, monitoring and financial reporting for the AI Manufacturing Centre, covering both Phase 1 and Phase 2 initiatives.
• Assist in establishing, developing and documenting Phase 2 financial management frameworks, including budgeting, cost monitoring and reporting processes.
• Monitor project expenditures, financial commitments, forecasts and budget utilisation, providing regular updates and financial insights to management.
• Support grant administration, project costing, procurement activities and the preparation of relevant financial documentation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate budget submissions, funding claims, purchase requisitions and financial reporting requirements.
• Develop, maintain and enhance financial dashboards, budget trackers and standard operating procedures to strengthen financial visibility and operational efficiency.
• Provide finance and administrative support to ensure effective programme coordination and smooth day-to-day operations of the AI Manufacturing Programme Office.
• Undertake other finance, budgeting and operational responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Relevant working experience in finance, budgeting, financial reporting, business operations and grants experience is preferred.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, detail and accuracy
• Strong coordination, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, good Excel.
• Independent, manage priorities and deadlines.
• Resourceful, proactive and adaptable in a dynamic project environment.
