About the role

Hung Fook Tong Holdings Limited is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our Bottled Drinks Sales team. This is a full-time position based in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for account management and issue resolution

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and market expansion;

• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and maximise profitability;

• Collaborate with internal departments including operations, marketing and logistics to ensure seamless account servicing and customer satisfaction;

• Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions with key clients to identify opportunities for deepening partnerships;

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively seeking to expand the customer base whilst nurturing existing relationships;

  
  

What we're looking for

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Management or related disciplines;

• At least 1-2 years' experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG;

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level clients;

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritise effectively;

• Knowledge of the bottled drinks market, distribution channels and customer landscape would be advantageous;

• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
