Bringing authentic Japanese bakery delights to our customers.
MISTER DONUT
Sharing the joy of delicious Japanese donuts!
KURIYA JAPANESE MARKET
Bringing authentic Japanese groceries and food products closer to our customers.
YOUR ROLE – MORE THAN JUST RUNNING AN OUTLET!
As a Retail Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate and develop your retail team.
Drive sales, revenue and outlet profitability.
Manage daily operations and ensure smooth outlet performance.
Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
Oversee manpower planning, scheduling and inventory control.
Monitor costs, productivity and operational efficiency.
Build a strong team culture and deliver an excellent customer experience.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) are welcome.
Experience in retail, F&B, bakery, supermarket or store management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commercially driven with a passion for customer service.
Able to manage operations independently and lead a team.
Hands-on, positive and results-oriented.
