• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required as extensive trainings will be provided.

• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, and English. Other language(s) is an added advantage.

• Open to Relocation – Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur.

• Comfortable interacting with diverse customer groups and building ongoing relationships.

• A proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.

• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries in a professional, accurate, and timely manner across multiple (online & chat) communication channels.

• Engage with both potential and existing customers to promote services and enhance customer retention.

• Monitor customer activity levels, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve engagement strategies and overall customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.

• Identify recurring customer issues and propose process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

• Support onboarding of new customers by providing guidance on products, services, or platforms.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards in all customer interactions.
