Job Summary

You will lead and enhance daily operations across multiple departments in a growing Singapore-based business group. Drive strategic initiatives, set performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage company-wide operations including HR, administration, finance support, and service delivery to ensure seamless business functions
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor departmental performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource planning to optimize financial and operational outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, including MOM, IRAS, and ACRA matters, to maintain legal and corporate standards
• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and staff to build a high-performing team
• Collaborate closely with the Board on business planning and execution of company objectives
• Report operational performance and key issues to senior management to support informed decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 8 years of operations or general management experience, including 3 years at senior management level
• Proven experience managing multiple departments or business units
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, process improvement, and people management
• Familiarity with Singapore employment and corporate compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
