• Process and verify supplier invoices.

• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.

• Ensure all payments are approved before processing.

• Prepare and process payments (checks, bank transfers, online payments).

• Maintain accurate financial records of all transactions.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payment queries.

• Monitor due dates to ensure timely payments.

• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.

• Maintain organized filing (physical and digital records).

• Follow company policies and accounting procedures.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
