Attend meetings and record of minutes.

Manage complaints from owners and tenants.

Co-ordinate repairs and maintenance work with Contractors.

Manage and maintain assigned residential property sites to ensure operational efficiency and upkeep

Conduct regular inspections of property grounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure site standards

Ensure compliance with building statutory requirements, including the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act

Review site conditions and recommend replacement or improvement plans to enhance property value and safety

Deliver essential customer service support by addressing residents’ and owners’ concerns promptly and professionally
