DIRECT HIRE: LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
We are looking for a responsible and organised Logistics Assistant to join our team.
Location: Greenwich
Working days: Monday–Friday
Working hours: 7:45 AM–5:45 PM
Break: One hour unpaid
Hourly rate: $13
Daily pay: $117
Estimated monthly pay: $2,535 before CPF
Job responsibilities:
Unload incoming shipments from trucks and containers safely and efficiently
Receive, inspect and verify goods against packing lists and delivery orders
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Report damages, shortages, discrepancies and quality issues promptly
Perform accurate system transactions and maintain receiving records
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks according to safety procedures
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance requirements
Maintain good housekeeping and comply with workplace-safety regulations
Job requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification
Knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory-management systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems
Able to communicate effectively in English
