• Assist in implementing and monitoring OSH policies and procedures at project sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, relevant safety regulations, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety awareness activities for workers.
• Monitor workers' compliance with safety procedures and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist in preparing and monitoring Risk Assessments, HIRARC, and Method Statements.
• Assist in investigating workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Liaise with the safety team, site supervisors, and project management on safety matters.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.
• Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Must possess an OSH Coordinator certificate from a DOSH/JKKP-recognized training provider.
• Fresh graduates with OSH Coordinator certification or candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply..
• Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
