About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable academic programmes and support student recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and attend counselling events in multiple states during recruitment periods;

- Attend school events to build awareness;

- Maintain close networks with stakeholders in the industry, such as education institutions, other agency partners, school principals and counsellors;

- Maintain good product knowledge, industry knowledge and market trends of the education industry;

- Support the institution in other related activities;

- Promote all available programmes within the institution through various promotional activities; and

- Ensure monthly sales target is met.

Requirements

* Diploma or degree in any field, or at least 2 years of experience in student recruitment.

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Strong communication, interpersonal and sales skills.

* Willing to travel and work on weekends when required.

* Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
