Enjoy helping customers? Join a short-term assignment with weekends off!
Pay: $12/hour
Location: ESR Chai Chee
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–6pm
Contract: 16 November–18 December 2026
What You’ll Do
Answer members’ enquiries and provide helpful information
Follow up on outstanding enquiries when needed
Escalate cases to the relevant team when required
What You’ll Need
Minimum O Levels or Higher NITEC, with at least 2 years of customer service experience
Clear communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
Experience handling escalations is an advantage
Able to commit to the full contract period
Singaporeans only
