Job Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions and workshops to understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare process flows, diagrams, and requirement documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and QA teams.
• Support data analysis, BI solutions, and QA activities.

Requirements :

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent requirement gathering and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI and self-service BI tools.
• Experience in Data & AI projects.
• Azure knowledge is an added advantage.
